Eating anything is fine right? But, whenever you want something you feel like, you don’t always need it like lollies, chocolate, takeaways, and many more. Having a balanced diet from all the different food groups is the best for your diet. Here is an example, if you wanna look for some food groups you could use the five-finger food group that has veggies, dairy, protein, meat, salt. The first reason why I think our bodies need to have a wide variety of good food is the food plate has different foods and different nutrients in each part of the food diet. Some children are really addicted to eating lots and lots of junk food, but there are some children and adults who eat veggies, and junk food they could eat veggies for six days and then on that spear one day they could have a junk food day. Another reason why you should have a healthy diet is so when you become an adult and have children you could set an example for them so that they can prove to others that they don't always have to eat unhealthy food every day they could just have 1 day of eating junk food and have six days of eating veggies. Did you know some veggies are fruits, like if you thought tomatoes were veggies well did you know that they are actually a fruit because all fruit is made from seeds? I think if you wanna have a healthy diet you could always think about doing the 6 days of eating veggies and on the 7th day you could still eat some veggies, and you can have some junk food if your stomach feels like eating cookies, cake, takeaways, and many more. If I wanted my children to be fit and healthy I would always say to them you could have whatever veggies you want for 6 days and on the last day you can choose some junk food.
